If NBC’s Chuck Todd were advising China Joe Biden on energy policy, according to what he (Todd) said on MTP Daily today, the U. S. along with Canada should ramp-up production (and the Keystone Pipeline) because considering more supplies of oil and gas are needed, better produced much more cleanly in the U. S. and Canada than in the environmentally destructed fields of Venezuela, Iran, and Russia.
