If a lawsuit against Trump were to be developed and successfully prosecuted for his having tried to “overturn” the 2020 election result, by law it would have to be proven that he really didn’t think the election was rigged, that he was pretending to believe it was rigged, which if prosecuted would lend itself to Trump’s defense team presenting all of the evidence leading him to believe it was rigged!
