That the universe is expanding having therefore begun and spread outward from its center indicates that it’s bounded (and expanding), thus that gravitational time dilation was in play when matter and thereby time were created, explaining why the stars billions of light years away are really thousands of years of age, gravitational time dilation while the “event horizon” was collapsing.
