Biden Says the mRNA Booster Shots Unnecessary in Opining That 70% of U. S. Population is Fully Vaccinated

During his State of the Union, president Biden messaged that the booster shots are unnecessary in saying that 70% of the U. S. is fully vaccinated when only about 20% has received the booster.
