While Russia was kept at bay during Trump’s first term he also beefed up Ukraine’s defense forces, then Biden came along and Russia began building its forces at the Ukraine border while Biden has waited until after the Russian invasion to be stuck with the problem of how to get armaments in to Ukraine.
