Democrat Party Certainly Acting Strangely After Winning Both Houses of Congress & Presidency in 2020 Why the Insecurity?

If the Democrats legitimately won both houses of Congress and the presidency in 2020, they wouldn’t be desperately seeking to federalize our election systems; why completely change what worked?
