Armed Citizens’ Arrests Legal in Georgia to Detain Until Police Arrive Indicating the Three Defendants Will Be Acquitted

Since citizens’ arrests were legal in Georgia to detain suspects until the police arrive, and Ahmad Aubrey threatened to grab the detainer’s gun, the three defendants in that case will be acquitted if the law (as it was) is followed. (Update: All three defendants have been convicted.)
