For the Jan. 6 Commission Vote in U. S. Senate Two Democrat No-Shows & Nine Republicans Proving No Interest in Probe

Translate:

Eight Republican U. S. senators have not said whether or not a Jan. 6th commission would be in order, those eight senators who did not show up for the vote on the bill yesterday, yet a ninth Republican who also did not show up, Pat Toomey, said that he would have voted for the bill had he been there, which would have have put the vote for the bill at 55 votes, so add to that two votes from Democrats Kristen Sinema and Patty Murray who did no show-up, and only three of the non-committal eight Republicans, the threshold of sixty votes to overcome the filibuster would have been reached, thus proving clearly that neither party was really interested in formulating a Jan. 6 commission.
