News Corp has leverage in defense against Dominion because News Corp holds the wildcard, that Dominion has never proven (by holding the data and the ballot tabulation machines in secret or destroyed the information) that Dominion did not rig the 2020 election, thus News Corp may concede perhaps a quarter of the damages being sought by Dominion to end the case, or if feeling feisty, News Corp could demand that Dominion prove that election was not rigged.
