After the Tower of Babel during the Ice Age, some of the Canaanites began sailing to many parts of the world (and returned safely see Page titled Great Pyramid for Navigation), west for instance across the Mediterranean where was founded by Canaan’s son Posidon (Sidon) and grandson Atlas the empire of Atlantis, the Canaanites who brought the word Baal (the Lord of the Canaanites) to the Mediterranean and the eastern Atlantic seaboard. The Italians (of Italia meaning land of Atlas see Page titled Mystery Atlantis Unmasked) adopted the word Baal but meaning blaze from the root word flamma meaning flame while the Canaanites of the Iberian peninsula gave the word the meaning heat (Beltane festival celebrating the beginning of summer May 1st), also the Slavic speaking Thracians having adopted the word Belo to mean white, the ostensibly beautiful fiery white light of the child-sacrifice altar to Baal known as Molech who was Noah’s son Ham, the father of Canaan (see Genesis 10 the Table of Nations).
