Alvin Bragg Would Have to Charge Trump for Federal Election Law Crime Which is Out of His Jurisdiction & Already Rejected

Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg has no case against Trump for paying hush money to Stormy Daniels (who admitted they didn’t have sex), the only case which could possibly be made a federal charge of election law violation (out of Bragg’s purview yet invalid as well because Trump used his own money), and the possible federal charge already forgone by federal prosecutors, so Bragg has nothing really.
