Jesus the Messiah resurrected after three days in the tomb was the first fruits of what is to come, on that day when crucified that one of the two criminals alongside Him on Golgotha went to Paradise (with Jesus) where he (the criminal since born again on the day of his physical death) remains today awaiting the Rapture, his spirit in heaven then to join his resurrected body along with such as Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, kings David and Solomon, the Prophets too, all currently in Paradise (heaven) with millions of others of the Old and New Testament days awaiting the Rapture, when also those born again still living will immediately transfer to a supernatural body, to be with Jesus and the Father evermore.
