Alvin Bragg was not obligated to allow any witnesses for Trump’s defense to testify to the grand jury, yet he allowed the testimony of attorney Robert Costello today, so did he do that to grease the skids for no indictment of Trump or did he do it with the intent to charge Trump even after having allowed Costello’s testimony “because the contrary testimony by such as Michael Cohen was so strong?”
