If Europeans Really Think Russia is Threat to Invade NATO Nations Why Giving Only 10% of Armaments Going to Ukraine?

We know that the Europeans aren’t dead-set on booting Russia completely out of Ukraine because they’ve provided only about 10% of the armaments being used by Ukraine “for that purpose.”
