Why Don’t the TDS-Sufferers Just Admit Trump’s Nicknames for Foes Are Funny Take Them as Par for America’s Heckler?

If Trump’s nicknames for his foes are mean, then why do most people laugh about them? Aren’t those nicknames really harmless but deemed mean only because his foes don’t have catchy return-fire?
