When president Trump made his “perfect phone call” to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger requesting a look-see for widespread election rigging, before he said “just find me 11,785 votes,” he (Trump) had asserted that hundreds of thousands of votes were fraudulent and others deleted, thus making it a perfect phone call unless you want to believe he didn’t and doesn’t think it was rigged.
