During the Ice Age which followed Noah’s Flood (see the Page titled Natural Selection by Noah’s Flood), when the sea level was a few hundred feet lower, all of the North Sea except the Norwegian Trench was dry land, swampy by much rainfall, where pigs, cave lions, saber-toothed cats, reindeer, cattle, wooly mammoths, and hyena roamed, humans too, the land known to the ancient Frisians as Atland (see the Page titled Mystery Atlantis Unmasked), and to the west during the Ice Age, the highlands of Scotland and Ireland glaciated, but not the lowlands nearer the sea, because the world ocean during the Ice Age was much warmer (warmest at its beginning), the lowlands too warm for glaciation, lots of rainfall.
