In order to convict Trump of trying to steal the 2020 presidential election in the state of Georgia, Fulton County DA Fani Willis would have to prove that president Trump (along with about 100 million other Americans) didn’t really believe the election was rigged for Biden, and just because Tucker, Hannity, and Ingraham of Fox News (which actually had helped in the rigging by calling Arizona for Biden when only 3% of the votes had been tallied) said in private messaging that the election was definitely not rigged for Biden certainly does not mean that Trump agreed with them then nor agrees with them now.
