Trump has not commented about Nikki Haley and Lindsey Graham wanting a federal law banning abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, but he probably should, in opposition to that idea because the overturning of Roe v. Wade intends that each state decides its own level of restriction, the prescribed solution in such as case per the Tenth Amendment of the U. S. Constitution.
