If Mental Acuity Test to Be Given to Candidates 75 Years & Older Why Not for All Ages to Knock-Out All Numbskulls?

TDS-suffering presidential candidate Nikki Haley says all political candidates 75 years and older should be forced to take a mental acuity test, so what makes her think only the old guys might fail the test?
