Republican the Party of Women & People of Color so Too is the Democrat Yet Aren’t Those Two Categories Mutually Inclusive?

Not only are women sometimes “people of color,” many of them usually vote Republican, so isn’t the Democrats’ worn-out brag that theirs is “the party of women and people of color” clearly a redundant and ridiculously obvious ploy to deceive, categorizing women and people of color in mutual exclusion and implying that “women and people of color” never vote Republican?
