Would White Balloons Tonight Carried by Republican Congresspersons Be Seen Perhaps Having Dangerous Payloads?

Clay & Buck today on their radio show wondered if the Republican congresspeople tonight who will be in attendance at Biden’s State of the Union Address might carry in white party balloons, yet would that be forbidden by the Democrats because the type of gas inside the balloons could be a weapon?
