Doubtful was that Putin’s Russia would use nukes in the Ukraine war when NATO was not beating the drum to take back Crimea too, but now that Crimea is part of the NATO’s stated goal, who’s surprised that Russia is warning that nukes may come into play, perhaps quite soon?
