Unless Dominion Voting Systems in their lawsuit against Fox News for defamation will make available all of the ballot tabulators from the 2020 presidential election for examination forensically, they can’t prove that Trump’s allegation of election fraud is (supposedly) false. And even if they would prove they didn’t rig the election, it’s still no matter in the case because Fox was just reporting the president’s position.
