While Joe Biden may not have known that a U. S. vice president cannot take top secret documents into his/her own possession after serving, his lawyers obviously did know, which makes it somewhat a head-scratcher that they waited six years “to check” whether or not he did have such documents. Why do you suppose they waited until November 2022 to check, only now announcing that he had such documents?
