Hispanic Pundits in U. S. Media Pronounce Only Hispanic Names in Hispanic Accent so Ignoring the Rest for Some Reason?

Why are only the words of Hispanic names pronounced with Hispanic accents by U. S. Hispanic media personalities while the other words which they speak are with American accents? Should U. S. media personalities of German descent start pronouncing German names with ancestral gusto too?
