Trump has to be a political animal looking forward to his 2024 reelection which is why he endorsed sometimes-RINO Kevin McCarthy who had been talking a good game and had/still has the support of most of the Republican House members, even though tens of millions of constitutional nationalists didn’t want McCarthy to become House Speaker, so the Freedom Caucus members demanding more concessions from the chameleon McCarthy is a great service to Trump, and to McCarthy actually who can become an effective Speaker of the House having acquiesced to those demands.
