Under Florida law, a political office holder cannot run for another office without resigning from his/her current office first, that law which will have to be changed for DeSantis to run for the presidency in 2024 without having to resign from his governorship first, so would the Florida state legislature change the law to help DeSantis make his decision to run, or would the Trump contingent in the Florida legislature vote against the law change to disincentivize DeSantis from running? (As a side-note, the chicken came before the egg, created full grown on day 5 of the 6 days of creation.)
