In order to try to prove that president Trump (supposedly) led an insurrection on J6, the DoJ would have to prove that he actually thought the 2020 election was clean, that Biden won legitimately, which is why the DoJ probably won’t prosecute Trump for insurrection, after all, would Biden’s DoJ really want all the evidence of election fraud in 2020 laid-out in a courtroom in 2023, a campaign ad for election integrity?
