Could Purpose of Tracking Elon Musk’s Jet Be Anything Other Than to Target or At Least Terrorize the New Twitter Owner?

Imagine a Twitter user linking to a site which shows the precise latitude, longitude, and altitude of George Soros’ jet at any given moment while in flight, or showing that of John Kerry’s jet while in flight, would the Leftists be calling foul on that, thus aren’t those who did that to Elon Musk’s jet out of line?
