Origen circa 240 A. D. First Listed the 27 Canonical Books of New Testament All Written by Apostles or Their Friends

Translate:

All of the 27 books of the New Testament of the Word were written (in Spirit) by either Apostles or others who knew the Apostles, so the great Origen who first listed the 27 canonized books hooted at the notion that such as the Gospel of Thomas be included which was written in his day, four or five generations after the Apostles and their friends lived, also that those “gnostic” works such as that Gospel of Thomas obviously present a different message than that of the Word (who is Jesus Christ).
