By Thobelites of Tbilisi Having Learned Pelasgian Megalithic Building That Tubal Founded Tarragona Iberia is Plausible

Spanish legend holds that Japheth’s son Tubal founded the ancient city Tarraco (Tarragon) in the mining district of northeastern Spain (mines such as Solana del Bepo) where the most ancient wall around the city was built of megaliths which look like those built by the Pelasgians of Italy, and of Iberia (named for Heber the father of Peleg) in the Caucasus region where ruins confirming are found submerged off the coast of Anapa, Russia (about a mile from shore and a hundred feet down), that Iberia (Spain too was called Iberia) where lived whom the Greeks called the Thobelites, progeny of Tubal, built Tbilisi.
