Call ’em Summation Centers Where Each Voting Locations’ Ballot Totals Submitted for Center to Do Simple Addition

A component of solid election reform would be the ballots counted at the respective polling locations on Election Day, then the totals sent to what could be called Summation Centers in each state to simply add-up the totals sent there from the polling locations.
