Why Would Any Person Thinking Logically Not Assume Extensive Election Rigging Ongoing by All the Ways to Do It?

How can we know that our elections are not being rigged as long as cyber ballot tabulators, mail-in balloting, and late ballot counting continue in practice with little transparency?
