Cyber Tabulators Supposed to Count the Votes Instantaneously So Why the Waits for Final Tabulations for Ballot Stuffing?

The full number of votes excluding those arguably being illegally counted late after Election Day should be tabulated immediately today on Election Day then the cyber system closed lest mysterious boxes of ballots appear to backfill cyber rigging during the arguably illegal late ballot counting.
