If Merrick Garland wants to indict former president Trump for anything about J6, he has to think he can prove that Trump thought Biden legitimately won the 2020 election, so Trump’s legal team as part of his defense in court would present every bit of the election fraud evidence which vice president Pence was free to compel states to review perhaps changing their Electoral College votes, the reason the Democrat controlled House and Senate changed the law to say that the vice president can’t do that going forth!
