The Fetterman campaign is trying to make hay of Dr. Oz’s statement during the debate last night that local politicians would decide abortion restrictions (if any), and what he meant though not clear is that each state’s legislature would decide what restrictions (if any) would be applied to abortion, not the decision of the Supreme Court nor of the U. S. Congress.
