You’d Have to Be a Moron to Not Suspect Electronic Vote Tabulators Would Be Rigged for Crimes Committed Out of Sight

Why aren’t the electronic ballot tabulators banned by all the states considering all the ways to rig the tabulators unbeknownst to election officials or even more sadly in complicity?
