While it’s generally accepted that Andalusia of far southern Spain near Gibraltar was named for the Vandals who invaded in the 5th century a. d., the early christian Indalecio of Urci who first evangelized the Almeira region (east of Andalusia) in the 1st century a. d. clearly was not named for the Vandals, instead perhaps for Indalo Man depicted in rock art in the Cave of Los Letreros of Almeira from the “neolithic,” in reality created in the days of Atlas circa 2000 b. c., Andalo Man, holding the arch of the sky in that rock art comporting with the legends about him (see Page titled Great Pyramid for Navigation).
