Would John Fetterman Wear Hoodie or Scarf in U. S. Senate to Cover-Over That Big Growth on the Back of His Neck?

Do the voters in Pennsylvania really want one of their U. S. senators to wear a hoodie or oddball scarf on the floor of the U. S. Senate representing them? Shouldn’t Fetterman be asked if he intends to dress that way should he be elected? Inquiring minds want to know, surely many in Pennsylvania too.
