Trump’s legal team in their presentation to the judge regarding whether of not the DoJ can continue the Mar-a-Lago investigation (he ruled the DoJ can) noted that the U. S. president in office can declassify whatever whenever he pleases, that which the judge did not address in response to that assertion, instead merely noting that no paperwork of the declassifications has been presented.
