Might Trump Offer Plea Deal $100 Million to Settle Civil Case Then If Rejected Do Funding Drive In-Case Found Guilty?

If it’s within New York law to settle civil lawsuits out of court, maybe Trump will offer say $100 million (of the $250 million being sought) to settle the case, then should that be rejected, he could do a fundraising drive specifically to pay the other $150 million should he lose the case in court.
