Cause of Prince Philip’s Death Not Made Known Nor of Queen Elizabeth’s Only Old Age Cited How Scientific is That?

Why do you suppose the cause of the death of Prince Philip a year ago is still said to have be been just because of old age, without mentioning the scientifically specific cause, and why has Queen Elizabeth’s actual cause of death been glossed-over too as just old age, nothing scientifically specific, why not?
