Why Use the Word Truth If Everybody Has Their Own One Lying Has No Opposite It’s Only in Eye of Beholder Mere Opinion?

Should a proven criminal be set free because he or she was operating under his or her “own truth” or should freedom be granted only if by grace from the court?
