Biden ranted like an angry tyrant caught with his pants down tonight (Thursday) during his speech, in front of a set that really did look like something from Nazi Germany, complete with two marines over each shoulder, very odd. Biden probably lost 5 more points in the polls after that performance, like a “get-off-my-lawn” old guy but this one commanding a large military and looking quite deranged.
