China Says Drought Alleviation by Geo-Engineering to Help Salvage Much of Crops Being Damaged by Lack of Rain

The heartland farms of China are being decimated by drought, so one of the solutions reported by the Global Times (see the article at Breitbart) is dispatching aircraft to make it rain, “geo-engineering.”
