In trying to illustrate the stall tactics sometimes used by Trump, foggy-thinking leftist John Heilemann on MSNBC today compared the stall tactics to Obama having stalled the release of his birth certificate for nearly three years during his presidency, and then only the short form birth certificate made public which did not provide the clues to parentage as would have the long form.
