If Unrestricted Abortion is Clearly a Right in Spirit of U. S. Constitution Then Why Aren’t All of the States Voting for It?

The pro aborts say that unrestricted abortion is obviously a right according to the spirit and content of the U. S. Constitution, yet if that were so, abortion would not have been illegal in all of the states for hundreds of years and most of the states would be passing laws to make unrestricted abortion legal.
