If Trump decides to run in 2024 and wins the Republican primary, the general election too, his vice presidential pick would probably become the frontrunner for 2028, something for Ron DeSantis to consider. If DeSantis would decide to decline an offer to become vice president, he could be seen not a MAGA player; being Trump’s vp would be a great learning experience, learning from the MAGA master.
