If vice president Mike Pence on Jan. 6th of 2021 “clearly didn’t have the right to send the contested Electoral College votes back to the states” for the electors to consider the ever-mounting evidence of rampant vote rigging in the 2020 presidential election, then Congress would not be attempting the Electoral Count Reform Act, their attempt now to change the law which in essence proves that Pence did have that right according to current law having been in effect since 1887.
